It's looking really good. Looks like you have Sicily uner lock and key, but you should blitz the Scipii and build up your forces for further campaign.
But so far, so good.

Good job so far keep it coming, but don't attack the scipii yet because although you would have got rid of a faction you have to defend against the romans in thier territory.

Ouch! That was harsh. And a fine example of what happens when Iberians are attacked by a general. I think Iberians are criminally under powered in the game.
Anyway the best way to lure a Roman general off the plaza is to put one of your own cavalry units in column formation (about 4 ranks broad and many many deep) so that they can move efficiently in those tight streets, and walk them near him and when he charges run them away and get him to follow - slow them down and bring them to a halt if need be. The idea is to drag him off into side street where your Iberians can hit him from several sides. Counter charge with your fleeing cavalry and, thus swamped, he will die quite easily. Then surround and destroy whatever is left in the plaza.
