I've never been a big fan of the Historical Battles. They're a little too scripted and bland for my tastes, the only one I've enjoyed playing is the Oda one and Sekigahara.

I've also done the Uesugi - Takeda one and that was pretty easy.

What about you guys? Do you find them more enjoyable than in past TW games?

I haven't ever really played the historic battles. I think the only one I have played is the Siege of Sparta.
I want to spend a whole day doing all the historics from all the Total Wars, maybe I will try them soon...

I haven't tried them yet, because I was no big fan of them in earlier games. I'll probably give them a spin later, but for now I'm happy with multiplayer battles and singleplayer campaigns.
